2 Week 2020 Detox Program

January 30, 2020– 1-2 avocados
– 2-4 eggs
– 3 cherry tomatoes, quartered
– 1/2 ts thyme, grounded
– Himalayan salt & pepper
– 1 Tb fresh chives, chopped (I was out, so itβs not in this batch)
1. Preheat oven to 400Β°
2. Slice avocado in half and remove seed.
3. Place avocado on banking sheet and remove some of the meat (so the egg will fit).
4. Add an egg to each avocado slice and add a pinch of salt.
5. Add tomatoes to 1 or all avo halves, as desired.
6. Evenly sprinkle thyme onto halves.
7. Add another pinch of salt – add pepper as desired.
8. Bake 15-20 minutes or until yolk is cooked to your liking.
9. Add fresh chives.
10. Enjoy! π
